From my room, the view is beautifully natural, and around the hotel, there are facilities such as flying fox activities to enjoy. It is a great place for family bonding.

Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better.
The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too !
At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect.
Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.
At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home.
Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Pleasant stay at de Bintan Villa with friendly staffs and customer service!
Really enjoy the stay here, a great escape from the hustle bustle cities.
There’s a mini zoo in the villa too!

The service was terrible there was no hot water in the days when we stayed and when we called to the reception they was very impatient tone,they didn’t even do any immediate action so
we waited for about an hour and we called the second time the worst things is they just hang up my call！There were also missing amenities that make our stay uncomfortable .Hope they can make something about it.

Stay for business purpose. After work at 9pm and you felt tired, this is the best hotel. Not really far from tj pinang area. Check in process was good, staff always smile and friendly. I request for special price and FO team suggest to call sales person Agus. I try Agus and request but special rate only for group. So im ok with promo rate. But when I was check in staff inform I got special rate from Pak Agus. Thank you so much pak Agus (sales person). Breakfast that time is set bfast and many options. All foods is so fresh, fast service, very good staff also. I really want to try swim and hang out to amazing cliff cafe but don't have time. Definitely will be back to stay here. I got amazing room with gunung Bintan view as my request. I enjoy sunrise view with hot coffee. This is totally my best trip to stay here.
